The FLEX IMPACT® TB Mini is the smallest and lightest size of impact protection in our series and is specifically designed for use with light wheeled objects that have a low impact risk. This barrier consists of a smaller single tube low to the ground. And even though it is very light-weight, it holds well against any small rolling stock. The TB Mini is quick and easy to install.

The TB Mini is used as protection against rolling containers, pallet trucks or shopping trolleys with limited speeds and where height is not important.

The TB Mini Double is similar in design to our TB Mini but with an additional tube for increased protection. The TB Mini Double is sufficiently strong enough to protect against light wheeled objects such as containers, pallet trucks and trolleys. This is the lightest traffic barrier in our FLEX IMPACT® range.

Small and light for quick and easy installation

As with our other FLEX IMPACT® barriers, the TB Mini Double is modular in design making it easy to install. This barrier is remarkably impact resistant and is ideal for protecting areas from low-impact, small rolling stock. All of our flexible safety barriers, including the TB Mini Double, absorb shock from collisions minimising damage to the object that has caused the impact. Our traffic barriers will also retain their properties, appearance and shape after an impact.

The TB 200 is installed low to the ground and therefore serves primarily as a wheel guide or wheel stopper. This traffic barrier is often chosen to prevent vehicles from crossing the boundaries between pedestrian zones and traffic zones.

Each wheel stopper is subjected to the most stringent testing. Just like with the other impact protection systems of the FLEX IMPACT® series, this wheel stopper is characterised by its extraordinary impact resistance. After a collision, the TB 200 retains both its shape and its appearance. The TB 200 is light and modular, making it easy to assemble and install.

The TB 260 is similar to our TB 400 traffic barrier but is lower to the ground. The lower centre of gravity provides extra strength.. This tube-shaped barrier is ideal for protecting against damage caused by forklift manoeuvres. The low tube prevents goods or pallets sliding under the barriers and getting damaged or causing damage to machines or equipment.

Despite the small tube diameter of the TB 260, it provides remarkable protection and is ideal as a barrier against vehicles such as forklifts. The HT Tunnel wall fix is very similar to the free standing version but is connected to a wall on one side. It is the ideal solution for pedestrian walkways that run alongside a wall. These could be next to stacked good, traffic zones or at height. The HT Tunnel offers flexible protection.

Just like our other handrails, the HT Tunnel is flexible and absorbs any impact which reduces injury to people and minimises damage to vehicles or falling goods. The HT Tunnel provides protection where stacked goods may fall into pedestrian areas. It also creates a highly-visible barrier to prevent vehicles encroaching into pedestrian zones. After any impact, the flexible handrails return to their original shape and retain their protective properties. TB 400 DOUBLE GRILL is an extremely robust, double traffic barrier for collision protection against heavy vehicles and (falling) goods. The TB double tube guardrail offers pedestrians increased safety in storage areas with a lot of forklift traffic. Depending on the size of the (stacked) goods, one can opt for an arrangement with a centre distance between the rails of 10.8 inches (275 mm) or 21.7 inches (550 mm). Max. height is 11 ft (3350 mm).

The TB 550 is a tube-shaped reinforced traffic barrier, derived from its smaller brother, the TB 400. However, the TB 550 has a bigger tube diameter and a fortified mid-post. The increased fortification of the traffic barrier enables it to absorb even heavier crashes.

The TB 550 Plus Fence is specially designed for use in car parks and on access ramps. The strong flexible traffic barrier resits impact and absorbs shock whilst the built-in fence protects pedestrians. The TB Armco Plus Fence is available in two sizes; 5 metres or 10 metres. The bright yellow colour increases visibility so that the barrier can be easily seen even in compromised lighting.
